  1. Check out time is 12.00 noon, if your stay exceeds 12.00 noon please be sure to vacate you room before this time. Any luggage can be stored for later collection if this is required.

  3. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
  4. Rate is per room, per night.
  5. Limited number of rooms allocated for promotion.
  6. Marmaris Apartments reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods and the terms and conditions at any time. But after a booking only the benificial terms and rate will be valid if it would change.
  7. Reservations will only be guaranteed by us upon deposit and/or invoice.
